Shipping within NZ

We use Aramex for the delivery of our linen within NZ and this includes tracking.  

Click and Collect for locals

There is an option for people living in and around Mahia who would like to collect their items rather than having them posted. Please select this option once you go through checkout and contact me for details at info@hibernation.co.nz

Shipping to Australia

Shipping costs to Australia are NZ $15 for one item. Please contact us for the price of shipping more than one item. Target delivery time is 3 – 5 days.

Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If, on the off chance, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will organise a refund, minus any shipping costs. Linen must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item is not in re-saleable condition.

For an exchange of size or product, we will ask you to pay for the additional shipping costs.
